I was convinced by a co worker to attend the 6 hour crop at the scrapbook store I work for. It's my first one. I have to admit I am a little nervous. I've never scrapped with anyone before (except on the phone :)). I have to figure out what to bring, and how to bring it. This is all new to me, so I really hope I like it. Any tips or advice on how to pack, or what to pack?
When i crop away from home, the only thing i am sure to bring is my cutter. Most scrapbook stores have everything else and the ones I go to, the use of all their tools is included in the crop. If you forget certain embellishements, don't sweat it. Those can be added later after you get home. Get the biggest bulk of your project done there at the crop. And most of all - Just Have FUN!
ReplyDeleteoh you will have a blast!!! i never get anything made as i am to busy visiting and seeing what everyone else is making! lol
ReplyDeleteLawren has given you some excellent advice :)
Wow, that'll be fun for you! It's so hard to pack for a crop. Let's see....personal trimmer, paper cutter, photos, paper, a few embellies (the poster above is right about adding later), ink if you choose. It helps a lot if you can preplan pages and put in a ziploc. I never journal at crops, I can't focus enough.
