Art Spark Wednesday!

I was inspired by a page in my art journal and recreated it here on a round canvas.

On Thursday! My art was sparked on a canvas today instead of my art journal. I managed to edit and upload my video to YouTube and then forgot to hit the publish button. Who does that? Me apparently. Anyways, here is the finished artwork and video. I hope you like it. I had fun creating it. Owls are a favorite of mine.

My newest artwork and some exciting news!

Here is my latest painting. I used a wood panel and acrylic paint for this little lady. I think she turned out ADORABLE! I hope to make a series of these with different flowers. I really enjoyed creating this one. It's everything I love, cute, cute, cute and vibrant colors!!

This  was the original sketch where the idea was born :) 

Now on to my exciting news! I am the new artist at ByLoriDesigns

I am so blessed to have been asked to join such a fabulous site! Lori Boyd is the owner, designer, and such a great person. Thank you Lori for this opportunity. Her design team created such beautiful and cards using my images. It's so awesome to see these files brought to life in full color. I hope you will go on over and check things out. I've been MIA lately....

.......sorry about my absence. My family and I have been helping my Mother in law move for several weeks. She just sold her house and we have been going through the process of sorting out what she wants to keep, store and get rid of. We are almost finished thank God. Art Spark Wednesday!

It's Wednesday and that means....ART SPARK WEDNESDAY! YAY!

I will admit I took a Wednesday or two off, but I finally edited this video and got it to upload! It runs longer than any of the others. It's just under 35 minutes. I hope that isn't terribly long for ya. I had fun making this one and hope you enjoy it :)

*Free File Friday!

UPDATE 4/14/14- I figured out why Google was making the background a pale gray. Apparently, Google photos is set to enhance photos as the default. I turned it to off and I think that did the trick. To any of you that have downloaded these files, you may want to delete them and download them again. Sorry for the inconvenience.

***UPDATE: For some reason when I upload these files to blogger, they are turning the background a pale gray color that is visible when printed. I am trying to figure out why. Anyone have any idea? Sorry for the inconvienence.***

No digi today :(

I didn't have time to create a digital file today. I am busy putting together a birthday party for my youngest daughter. She turns 13 today!! I can't believe my baby is a teenager already. Where does the time go? I will be back next week with a new free digi. I hope you are having a great week!!
