Cute files girl! as far as indusry standard make them at least 300 dpi at the size they would normally be printed, 5"x5" would be fine for a regular stamp but a printable sheet of something needs to be 8.5" x11". There in really no set in stone standard because the industry is so new but that is a start! as they are linedrawings you don't lose quite as much quality as photographs or color designs when you resize;)
