The Pink Elephant Challenge #13

I FINALLY finished last week's challenge at The Pink Elephant. The challenge was to use scallops and circles. I heart this paper pack from Heidi Grace Designs. They are so patternrific and colorful!!
Cardstock:Georgia Pacific, Pattern Paper: Heidi Grace Designs, "Reagan's Closet" (I think), Stamps: Paper Trey Ink, Markers: Bic Mark-It, Punches: Martha Stewart Border Punch and All Night Media scallop circle and regular circle
